THE REGISTRATION FEE FOR DELEGATES INCLUDES:

Admission to the Congress and the exhibition area, congress kit, daily coffee breaks and lunches, welcome reception, attendance certificate and CME credit.

STUDENT REGISTRATION

PhD students, MD students or post-doctoral fellows, under the age of 30 are eligible for the student fee. Please provide a proof of status and a copy of an ID card or passport with the registration.

CANCELLATION OF REGISTRATION

Notification of cancellation must be sent in writing to Domm International. Cancellations of registrations will be accepted until April 15 2008, up to which date the total amount will be refunded less EUR 30 for administrative expenses. We regret that refunds cannot be made for cancellations received after April 15, 2008.
